Lovely cosy apartments located in southern Sardinia, 5 minutes drive to the shining Porto Pino beach resort and its emerald sea. The property, newly built in 2009 is a group of four apartments (3 at ground floor with garden, 1 at the 1st floor with terrace).
Every apartment, fully furnished, comprises 2 double bedrooms (one master bedroom + one twinbedded room convertible into triple), 1 bathroom with shower, openplan kitchen area with table and chairs and a doublesofa bed (futontype) which makes the property suitable up to 6/7 persons. Fridge with freezer, 4stove kitchen with oven, sink and different kitchencabinets complete the dining area furnitures. Outside there is a veranda which can be used for al fresco dinings, bbq, garden and external shower (with warm water if needed) particularly useful after your return from the near sandy shores, private parking area. Furthermore, on arrival you will find some milk, water, pasta, sugar, salt, coffee, olive oil and fresch fruit all offered by the lanlord just to get things started!
